ANZACS-QI RISK SCORES

ANZACS-QI Post ACS Ischaemic and Bleeding Risk Scores

The paired ANZACS-QI Ischaemic and Major Bleeding risk scores are primarily designed to inform the decision on the duration of dual anti-platelet therapy for patients with an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who have undergone coronary angiography, and who do not have an indication for an oral anticoagulant.

The risk calculator is designed to be used on the day of hospital discharge to estimate the risk of ischaemic and major bleeding occurring between 28 days and one year post-discharge for those who are event free by 28 days.
